Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park Kahuku Unit Coffee Talk

Posted on Apr 26, 2018 in News & Events

Aloha all ʻAlalā friends! We will be giving an update on the reintroduction efforts this Friday, at 9:30 am, at the Kahuku Unit of Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park Visitor Center. Come join us to talk about ʻAlalā. We will have our ʻAlalā Project t-shirts with artwork by Patrick Ching, ʻAlalā Project hats, ʻAlalā prints with artwork by Jennifer Osborn, notecards with artwork by Joan Yoshioka, and memory boxes with artwork by Charlene Meyers available for sale. There will also be Kaʻū coffee, tea, and pastries available for purchase. This is a great opportunity to get to know your Park, your neighbors, and some of the conservation efforts going on locally. The entrance is located south of the 70.5-mile marker on the mauka side of Hwy 11.
