Enforcement of paid parking at Ma’alaea Small Boat Harbor will resume on Friday, September 1, 2023. Beginning September 1, 2023, illegally parked or unauthorized vehicles will be subject to tow at the owner’s expense.

All permit fees for Lahaina and Mala, including all regular mooring, offshore mooring, and commercial use permits will be waived until further notice. Please visit the Lahaina Recovery page for more information and updates.
