Mala Tenant Registration Page
The Board of Land and Natural Resources (BLNR) voted on December 9, 2016 to award a revocable permit (RP) to A+K Ventures, LLC. for management of dry-land and trailer storage at Mala Wharf on Maui. The RP had previously been owned by Mr. Wilson Keahi since 1981. The major impact for tenants at the Mala facility is the need to renegotiate their rental agreements/leases with A+K Ventures, LLC.
If you are a current tenant at Mala Wharf, please fill out this form completely and click the “submit” button at the bottom of this page to send the information to DOBOR. This process is essential in keeping your agreement in force. If your submit an incomplete form, please re-enter your information and re-submit it.
If you do not reside in Hawaii and you have a caretaker for your vessel, DOBOR still needs your contact information and the contact information for your vessel’s caretaker. A caretaker is required if the owner resides out-of-state, even if for just a few months in a year.
