  4. Request to Conduct a Public Hearing Regarding Amendments to Title 13, Chapter 209, Hawaii Administrative Rules: Rules Regulating Activities Within Natural Area Reserves (NARS). The Amendments Would Prohibit Alcohol and Drug Use in NARS, Amend Permit Provisions, Establish Parking Provisions for ʻᾹhihi-Kīnaʻu NARS, Establish Closure Hours, and Establish Provisions for Removal of Vehicles from NARS.

    The rule amendment can be reviewed online at: https://ltgov.hawaii.gov/the-office/administrative-rules/ or can be reviewed in person at any Division of Forestry and Wildlife district office from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, except State holidays.
