Kanu mau, ola nā `ōiwi…

Aloha mai kākou!  MKFRP is happy to announce that we are kicking off our fall out planting season this September with numerous opportunities for you, your friends and family to participate in.  Come be a part of the Mauna Kea Dry Forest legacy by helping to plant various native species at the Ka`ohe Restoration Area!!!  Work along side others in our community who share the same sense of kuleana for protecting our native forests and wildlife.  We will be working at about 6,500 ft elevation and maybe spot a Palila or two!

Currently we have day trips scheduled but there maybe a camp trip and/or weekend opportunities as well!
