Volunteer with the Snail Extinction Prevention Program (SEPP) on Dec 8 at Poamoho  and 12th at Palikea to help eradicate Euglandina rosea.  Euglandina rosea has been devastating for the native snail fauna of Hawaii and many other Pacific Islands, bringing many species to the brink of extinction. There is no bait or trap that will target this snail in native forest without affecting native snails. Our control method consists is search and destroy. Join us for a day of searching and destroying inside the predator-proof exclosures at the Poamoho and Palikea. Sign up here to volunteer.
