Extended Deadline – Maalaea Harbor Diesel Fuel Truck Concession (IFB LM-23-004)

The deadline to submit a completed Notice of Intention to Bid form and Qualifications Questionnaire for IFB No. LM-23-004 has been extended to 4:00pm on March 7, 2023.  Forms must be mailed or hand delivered to:

4 Sand Island Access Road
Honolulu, HI 96819

Emailed and faxed forms will not be accepted.

Accordingly, the auction timeline has also been extended as follows:

  • Applicants will be notified if they are qualified to bid by March 17, 2023.
  • Qualified bidders must submit a sealed bid accompanied by a sufficient bid deposit by 4:00pm on March 29, 2023.  Sealed bids must be submitted to the address above by mail or hand delivery.  Emailed and faxes bids will not be accepted.
  • Sealed bids timely and properly received will be publicly opened at 4:30pm on March 29, 2023, at the Oahu DOBOR office.
  • Estimated commencement date: May 1, 2023
