Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation

The Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation will be holding a public auction for the sale of a lease for portions of submerged lands at Kaneohe Bay, seaward of TMK (1) 4-4-022:032.  A public notice in the Star Advertiser is being concurrently published with this online announcement.

All prospective bidders must be pre-qualified and submit an Application and Qualification Questionnaire to DOBOR staff no later than 4:00pm on April 19, 2023.  The Questionnaire is included in the Auction Packet.
The public auction will be held in-person at 10:00am on May 16, 2023 at the DOBOR Administration Building, 4 Sand Island Access Road, Honolulu, HI 96819.
