SUMMARY:Mālama Maunalua: Tree to Sea Camp
DESCRIPTION:Experience Maunalua Bay’s science\, culture\, and ecosystems with Tree to Sea Camp co-hosted by Mālama Maunalua and the Coral Resilience Lab with the help of local partners. \nThis unique\, experiential learning camp is for students in 6th-8th grade and will take place in the Maunalua region during spring break from Monday\, March 16th – Friday\, March 20th\, 2026. The application will remain open until spots are filled.  \nFrom mauka to makai\, students will learn about topics in sustainability\, ahupuaʻa & watershed management\, and marine science\, as well as develop stewardship skills\, gain hands-on experience conducting meaningful environmental conservation-based work\, and deepen their understanding of science and Hawaiian culture.  \n  \nNavigate through last year’s storymaps to explore what we did and get a sneak peak at this year’s activities!  \n  \nCOST: $200 for the whole week.
