DURING THE IUCN WORLD CONSERVATION CONGRESS HAWAI‘I 2016

The Hawai‘i Dept. of Land and Natural Resources is holding a series of nine news conferences and media availabilities during the IUCN World Conservation Congress Hawai‘i

2016, in Honolulu, Sept. 1-10, 2016. These opportunities will highlight some of the important conservation work being conducted by DLNR and its many partners and to raise awareness for Hawai‘i residents, visitors, IUCN delegates and visiting international journalists. This media advisory is for planning purposes. Media will also receive separate advisories for each event.

(Please note: Media planning to attend news conferences at the Hawai‘i Convention Center must have IUCN/WCC credential or day pass, acquired via IUCN/WCC website).
