The purpose of the Aloha i ke Kai Ocean Stewardship User Fee Program is to direct funding toward action that enhances the health and abundance of our ocean which benefits Hawaiʻi residents and visitors. A healthy ocean is inextricably linked to a thriving economy and our way of life. Collected fees go into the Ocean Stewardship Special Fund.
