Effective November 21, 2016: Change in Online Document Search Fee

In our continued effort to make document search and retrieval more convenient while balancing the increased cost of processing these requests, please be aware of the following changes to our online document search fees effective November 21, 2016.  On that date, the document search website (https://boc.ehawaii.gov/docsearch) will have a fresh, new look with added features that will help you to learn more about your documents and to make it easier to find the one you are looking for.  Thank you for your past and future patronage of our document search and retrieval site.

Effective November 21, 2016:

After December 31, 1991 Uncertified Immediate PDF Download $1 per page N/A
After December 31, 1991 Certified Paper Document via USPS $1 per page $10
Before January 1, 1992 Certified Paper Document via USPS $35 flat fee $10

*A certified document bears a stamp stating it is a true copy from the Bureau of Conveyances.

**Fees for documents ordered through the document search site cover research, processing and delivery via U.S. Postal Service (USPS).  Documents are mailed within 7-10 business days of receipt of order.
