PUBLIC NOTICE
INTENTION TO DISPOSE

Pursuant to Chapters 171-16(d) and 171-53, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to dispose of portions of reclaimed lands located at Keaalua, Kaneohe, Koolaupoko, Oahu, directly to the abutting private owner without recourse to public auction. The disposition will be in the form of a 25-year, non-exclusive easement for pier, house, rockwall, and landscape purposes.
