PUBLIC NOTICE
INTENTION TO DISPOSE

Pursuant to Chapters 171-16(d) and 171-53, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to dispose of portions of reclaimed lands located at Wailupe, Honolulu, and Kahaluu, Koolaupoko, Oahu, directly to the abutting private owners without recourse to public auction. The dispositions will be in the form of an amendment of a 55-year, non-exclusive easement for reclaimed land, concrete overhang, and footing purposes, and a 25-year, non-exclusive easement for seawall, steps, and fill land purposes respectively.
