SLIMS Access

Effective March 1, 2017, SLIMS is only accessible to computers connected to State NGN. If you are not connected to the State NGN, please work with your IT staff to request a VPN account and set it up for your PC. VPN request goes through ITRS at this URL:  https://ssbapp.icsd.hawaii.gov/RequestSystem/

To request SLIMS access for new user(s), the agency administrator needs to write a memo to the DLNR – Land Division’s administrator including the name, title, phone, email of the new user and the reason for SLIMS access. The memo can be sent via email to [email protected]

Once approved, the account will be created and emailed directly to the user.  You can click HERE to view the instruction on how to access SLIMS.
