“Return to the Wild: an update on the ʻAlalā releases” After Dark in the Park Public Presentation November 7

On Tuesday, November 7 at 7 p.m. at Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park Kīlauea Visitors Center Auditorium The ʻAlalā Project staff will present an update on the most recent reintroduction efforts. Special guests Paul Banko (USGS) and Donna Ball (USFWS) will also share their past experiences of observing and working with ʻAlalā in the wild. Please join us to learn more about the recovery of the ʻAlalā, a highly intelligent and unique crow species, integral to native Hawaiian ecosystems and culture.
