Mairin Murphy from the University of Texas El Paso (UTEP) will be giving a presentation about koloa maoli (the Hawaiian duck) and efforts to re-introduce this species on Oʻahu. This fundraiser event will take place at Honolulu Beerworks in Kahlihi from 12pm to 5pm, with proceeds going to the purchase of art supplies for students participanting in the Junior Duck Stamp program or operational costs associated with the translocation project. A special koloa mango ale will be available for purchase, and coloring pages and stickers will be available.
