ʻAlalā Project

Have you heard the exciting news? ʻAlalā are coming to the Panaewa Zoo! The Friends of the Panaewa Zoo group is currently working on raising the funds needed to build an aviary at the Panaewa Zoo to house two ʻAlalā. This is a large and expensive undertaking so we are partnering with them to help make this happen.
The zoo’s annual Tiger Fun Day is coming up on June 29th, from 9:00 am-1:30 pm. During this event, The ʻAlalā Project will have a booth providing information about ʻAlalā, selling our ʻAlalā Project merchandise, and helping raise funds and accepting donations for the new ʻAlalā aviary.
