The Commission on Water Resource Management has established a measurable interim instream flow standard for the Ki‘iki‘i surface water hydrologic unit, O‘ahu.

Commission staff briefed the Commission on the Draft Amended Interim Instream Flow Standards for Kaukonahua Stream, O‘ahu (View meeting on Vimeo).  The Division of Aquatic Resources and Division of State Parks also provided information briefing related to Kaukonahua Stream and the Wahiawā Reservoir and Wahiawā Freshwater State Recreation Area.

The Hawaii Division of Aquatic Resources, in collaboration with the Commission on Water Resource Management, conducted biological surveys on Ki‘iki‘i Stream.
