Low-Flow Characteristics for Streams in Southeast Kauai, Hawaii

In June 2015, the Commission on Water Resource Management entered into a Joint Funding Agreement with the U.S. Geological Survey to assess and quantify the amount of water available under natural, low-flow conditions for streams within 11 surface water hydrologic units in Southeast Kauai.
