  Project Summary: Phase 1 repair was conducted under an Emergency Authorization (EA.5849.6) after a storm in December 2021 damaged the siphon.  The SCAP application is considered the report as required under the emergency authorization.  The Phase 2 project proposes to install a bumper plate over the exposed metal siphon pipe to prevent damage from undermining the existing structure from stream flow by directing flow further from the base of the structure.
