To provide written testimony:
Individuals wishing to provide written testimony on agenda items can submit copies of their testimony to the Chair at 19 E. Kawili Street, Hilo, HI 96720, fax to (808) 969-9748 or email it to [email protected]. Written testimony that is received later than 24-hours prior to the meeting will be retained as part of the record and distributed to MKSOA members as soon as practicable, but we cannot ensure that MKSOA members will receive it with sufficient time for review prior to decision-making.

To provide live oral/video testimony via Zoom:
Email your request to [email protected], with the agenda item on which you would like to testify. Once your request has been received, you will receive an email with the Zoom link via which to testify. Requests may be made during the meeting and will be processed as soon as practicable.
