To provide In-Person Oral Testimony:
Questions delivered orally will be limited to in-person attendees only. Members of the public who are unable to attend in person are encouraged to submit written testimony regarding any and all of the agenda items below to [email protected].

To provide written testimony:
Interested persons wishing to provide written testimony on agenda items may submit copies of their testimony to the Chair in person at 95-5635 Hawaiʻi Belt Rd, Nāʻālehu, HI, by mail at 640 Aʻohōkū Place, Hilo HI 96720, or email it to [email protected]. Written testimony that is received later than 24-hours prior to the meeting will be retained as part of the record and distributed to MKSOA members as soon as practicable.
