In order to accommodate those wishing to provide oral testimony but are unable to join via Zoom or at the Hāna in-person host site, a second in-person host site at the DAR Maui Office (130 Mahalani Street, Wailuku, Hawai’i 96793) has been added for the statewide public hearing on the rules establishing the Kīpahulu Community-Based Subsistence Fishing Area, Maui (HAR chapter 13-60.11) scheduled for November 2, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. Please see this announcement for complete details on how to provide oral and/or written testimony and how to view the proposed rules.
