Public testimony at the Hawaii Board of Land and Natural Resources meeting on Oct. 24, 2014 regarding the designation of Ha‘ena, Kauai as the first-ever Community-Based Subsistence Fishing Area (CBSFA), elicited nearly four hours of testimony from citizens.  The Dept. of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) has produced the testimony in its entirety in this series of six videos.
