A public meeting will be held to gather comments regarding the Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for the North Kawaihae Small Boat Harbor Breakwater Improvements Project.  The meeting will be held in-person in Waimea on November 13, 2023 at 5:00PM 4:00PM at the following location:
