The MKSOA Board anticipates convening in Executive Session pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(2), Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), to  consider the hire of an employee, and Section 92-5(a)(4), HRS, to consult with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Board’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities.

A. The Authority anticipates convening in Executive Session pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), HRS, to consult with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Authority’s power, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities on the following matters:

i. Reporting by permitted interaction groups formed pursuant to Section 92-2.5(b), HRS; and

ii. Management of public land trust lands established pursuant to Article XII, Section 4 of the Hawaiʻi State Constitution.
