If you signed up in error, please email the webmaster and send a message with the subject title: “Sign Up Error.  Please remove me from the email list: (include your first and last name).

Please do not reply to this e-mail message with testimony on the proposed rule amendment.   You’ll receive notice when public hearings are scheduled and announced via the DOBOR web site and publications in the legal advertising section of local, daily newspapers.  At that time the comment period will open and you can submit testimony to DOBOR via e-mail, fax or post.  More details will follow.

Please be aware that submitting a suggestion does not always equate to a change in the rules.  DOBOR weighs every suggestion carefully in the context of its priorities of resource protection first, public use second, and commercial use third.  DOBOR is most receptive to suggestions that adhere to these departmental priorities and serves the community and all the user groups.
