This page contains information about lotteries for DOBOR Commercial Use Permits (CUPs).  Lotteries are held intermittently at the discretion of DOBOR staff and as authorized or mandated by Hawaii Revised Statutes and Hawaii Administrative Rules.  Please be aware that some lotteries are specific to particular areas, regions, and/or activities.  Lottery instructions and details are provided in lottery packets and are in PDF format.  You will need a program capable of displaying PDF files to view documents.
