The Nawiliwili Harbor Office will be temporarily closed until Thursday, November 7, 2024 and will tentatively reopen at 7:45am on Friday, November 8, 2024.

In-person transactions will be relocated to the DOBOR Port Allen office at 4337 Waialo Road, Eleele, HI 96705 until the Nawiliwili office reopens.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  The Port Allen office can also be reached at (808) 335-8400.

For vessel registration renewals, boat owners may renew online at https://vessel.ehawaii.gov/
