Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation

A pollution response exercise at Nawiliwili Harbor on Kauai is scheduled for Monday, May 19, 2025 from approximately 11am to 2pm.  The exercise will include boom deployment, dragging the boom around harbor waters, and maintenance on boom anchor points.  Measures will be taken to minimize the impact on vessel traffic.
