1. Creation of Co-Management Working Group to jointly manage the operational and management issues pertaining to Maunakea lands, pursuant to Act 255, Session Laws of Hawaiʻi 2022. [Testimony]

1. Discussion regarding nomination of Maunakea for designation as Traditional Cultural Property on the state and federal registers of historic places.
2. Status on Office of Hawaiian Affairs v. State of Hawaiʻi, et al., Civil No. 17-1-1823-11 (JPC)
3. Personnel matters
