“Line in the Sand” series educates viewers on invasive species
Posted on Mar 9, 2017 in News, sliderThrough a grant from the Hawaii Invasive Species Council, the Coordinating Group on Alien Pest Species has produced a series of educational programs on invasive species, in collaboration with the Leeward Community College Educational Media Center. The series, called “Line in the Sand”, brings experts together to discuss four important issues in invasive species management for Hawaii: Rapid Ohia Death, Little Fire Ant, Coconut Rhinoceros Beetle, and vessel biofouling. The program will run on local television networks, and is available online. All four episodes can be found below.
