Reports to the Legislature

Chapter 194, Hawaii Revised Statutes, requires the HISC to provide an annual report to the State Legislature on budgetary and other issues relating to invasive species. Reports for the legislative session at the beginning of each year are about recent achievements, with an emphasis on completed and planned activities for the current state fiscal year (from July 1 of the preceding calendar year until June 30 of the current year in which the legislative session occurs).
