Access restored to public lands on west Oʻahu via the Space Force Satellite Tracking Station Road

6/8/26 Update: Vehicular access to Peacock Flats Campground, Kuaokalā Trail, Kuaokalā Game Management Area, and Kuaokalā Forest Reserve is now restored via the US Space Force Satellite Tracking Station Road that departs Farrington Highway in Keawaʻula (Yokohama Bay). Previously, this access point had been closed as of mid-March 2026 due to security concerns.
