Join us in the Moanalua Education Forest!
Meet Time: 8:50 am, meet near the shelter in Moanalua Valley Neighborhood Park
We will be working until about noon doing activities that may include weeding, digging, and/or planting. We may also do a little hiking! If you need to come later, please meet us in the work area, which is about five minutes from the gate. If you need to leave early, please let a leader know you are going.
Each month we will hear different stories or do different crafts, so be prepared to learn a lot!
Wear/Bring:Water, sturdy shoes, sun protection, repellent, and water. Work pants recommended for invasive species removal.
Parking: Please be respectful of residents as you find parking in the neighborhood since the lot is only for park users.
Notice: All ages welcome. Participants under 16 years of age must have a parent or guardian attend for the duration of the activity. We will provide multiple activity options for you based on age, physical ability, and interest.
