Waiʻanae Kai Workday

Join us at the Waiʻanae Kai Forest Reserve!

Meet Time: 8:50 am, meet at the end of Waiʻanae Valley Road

We will be working until Noon doing activities that may include weeding and sawing. We will also do a little walk around to look at plants and share moʻolelo of the place!  If you need to come later, please meet us in the work area, which is right near the gate. If you need to leave early, please let a leader know you are going. 

Wear/Bring: Water, sturdy shoes, sun protection, repellent, and water. Work pants and long sleeves recommended for invasive species removal.

Parking: We may park inside the gate, depending on timing.

Notice: All ages welcome. Participants under 16 years of age must have a parent or guardian attend for the duration of the activity.  We will provide multiple activity options for you based on age, physical ability, and interest.
