Lihue-Koloa Forest Reserve stream crossing repairs will begin December 16^th 2024 and are expected to be completed in early March 2025, weather-dependent. At this time we are not expecting any impacts to the public in the Keahua arboretum area but should that change, we will advise the public.  Due to safety hazards please minimize pedestrian traffic beyond the Loop Road gate.  Once this work is done, please expect continued road work beyond the crossings in the coming months.
