Artwork submissions for the 2025-2026 Conservation and Game Bird Stamps
The artwork below was submitted by artists competing for a spot on the 2025-2026 Conservation Stamp and Game Bird Hunting Stamp. The Conservation Stamp is required on the State of Hawai‘i hunting license, and the Game Bird Hunting Stamp is required for those intending to hunt game birds. Click on any image below to enlarge it.

2025-2026 Game Bird Hunting Stamp Submissions
Artwork was requested this year featuring our Erckelʻs Francolin game birds. Please refer to our Division of Forestry and Wildlife: Outdoor Recreation Hunting webpage for more information about hunting in Hawaiʻi. The contest winner for the Game Bird Stamp this year was David K. Hayes.
